LOL. LOL. Yes! thank you! I am a fan of graphis novels -- i do think it is a valid medium that does not given a lot of respect, but seriously how are whores impowering?
I was working at Suncoast (a dvd retail store) when the film version of "Sin City" came out and the only other girl that worked there tried to sell me on the idea that the murderous prostitutes were impowering...of course she also was a fan of hentai. It's sad when you're only feminist ally is a guy named Thalen who looks like a viking -- seriously.
Hahaha! This was hysterical. Sexually liberated postfeminism is complete crap. It's just a new way for men to dominate women. And graphic novels, as much as I think they're pretty, are certainly not helping.
