How does one hire a life coach (and is it expensive?)

Really.

I'm tired of trying to figure it out.

I'm tired of wondering if I'm acting just a tad too self-involved for my own good.

I'm tired of whining about it.

I'm tired of doing nothing about it.

I'm especially tired of advice from people who don't know me very well (one of whom actually suggested I go into Real Estate because I like a challenge!)

And I could really really use some new Vincent D'Onofrio pics to cheer up.

So for those of you who don't know me very well, here's a snapshot.

I love: books, kids, kids books, books about kids books, mythology, religion, human nature and social sciences in general, words and word puzzles (but not sudoku), pop culture (except reality TV), music, internet culture (even when it drives me batshit crazy), and social justice issues, to name a few things.

I am: driven, bored easily when unchallenged, patient, self-teaching, curious, introverted, but socially adaptive, detail-oriented, highly flexible, and good at training others.

I care about: this world we live in and the people in it, especially those who might be considered "the least of these," i.e. children, the homeless, mentally ill, poverty stricken and uneducated.

I can do: practically anything I set my mind to, though neurosurgery may require some training first.

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Just no real estate, please.

Life Coaches are an odd concept to me. I'm not sure what they're supposed to be about, really.

I say you sound frustrated and and just need to take time to clear you mind (Vincent pictures are great to take your mind off your problems, btw ;)) and figure out what you want.

Oh and having no idea what you do for a living, I can't say what you should or should not do regarding that. I do know from your 'snapshot' it seems you'd be best suited to be a teacher. You love kids and kids books and you are good at training.

If you are a teacher, then I assume you're asking these questions because you're frustrated and tired of what you're doing?

Or you're like me and you're just venting. I do that a lot. I think I do it just to keep from whining in my real life. LOL

Whatever the case may be, just go check out some Vincent pics and you'll feel better for the moment any way. :)

Ah, I do whine a bit, don't I?

For the record, I did find some Vincent pics I hadn't seen before, and they did cheer me right up!
