LiveJournal is crack

in the same way MySpace was crack, except without the need to constantly pimp it.

Oh, and I have a new favorite movie, fandom, pairing:

And, for the record, if I eat anymore Central Market avocado-tomatillo dip I'm gonna hork. Need to step away from the fanfiction. What does fanfic have to do with chips and dip, you ask? It's all in the mindlessly stuffing yer face so as to keep reading.

Think I'll go lie down and lose myself in a glorious re-reading of I Capture the Castle.

I've been reading I Captured the Castle about a paragraph a week for years now. It is very good, but I never seem find that sustain reading time for it.

LOL Glad you're enjoying Livejournal. They do have interesting communities there. I just can't handle the journal part because I'm mentally challenged and don't quite have the patience to figure out how to make it work.

It's sad, you know? The more features and options I'm given, the more confused I become.

OMG. I think we're the same person. I Capture the Castle is one of the only books I've read more than once and, of course, the appearance of Simon Pegg. I put his show Spaced on my Netflix, but there's a very long wait until I get it... grrr, arg...

1. Val - so sorry about the hyper nonsense of this post. I blame over-caffeination

2. AMC - Funny, I have to make myself put it down when I read it before bed, or I'll stay up all night. It's like comfort food for me.

3. MW - I'll see you on LiveJournal.

4. Heratic - Come to Austin.

5. Kevin Spacey is Keyser Soze - There's a Keyer Soze reference in one of the Hot Fuzz fics I read yesterday and I thought of you. Simon Pegg is my new...something. I don't know what, but he's something. He was in Austin last week and I missed him because I'm a big loser, but it's probably a good thing because I would have seen how short he really is and been disaffected.
